Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote/Hybrid)

BEL Animation is building the next generation of original animated films, series, and family entertainment. We’re looking for a passionate Producer who thrives in a startup environment and wants to help build a studio from the ground up.

As a Producer, you’ll oversee projects from development through production, helping shape stories, manage creative teams, coordinate artists, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. This is an opportunity to help establish the culture and creative foundation of a growing animation studio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee animated film and television projects from development through delivery
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and milestones
• Coordinate writers, directors, storyboard artists, designers, animators, editors, and composers
• Work closely with the Head of Creative to bring projects from concept to screen
• Build and manage relationships with freelancers, vendors, and production partners
• Identify production challenges and implement creative solutions
• Help recruit and grow BEL Animation’s creative talent network
• Prepare pitch materials and production documents
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Support business development and strategic partnerships when needed

Qualifications

• Experience producing animation, film, television, games, or digital content
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple productions simultaneously
• Passion for storytelling and animation
• Experience with production management software is a plus
• Self-starter who enjoys building new systems and processes

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience at Pixar, DreamWorks, Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros., Sony Pictures Animation, Illumination, Netflix Animation, or an independent animation studio
• Existing network of animation artists and creatives
• Understanding of 2D, 3D, and hybrid animation pipelines
• Experience developing original IP
